- Entry is limited to New Zealand residents only.
- Employees, contractors and suppliers of Home of Brands, Rewarding Concepts and their immediate families are not eligible for entry.
- The prizes are not transferable for cash or store credit.
- Prize value is based on full retail value.
- Promotion commences 12AM December 1st and entries close at 11.59PM December 24th, 2021. To be eligible for a particular days prize, you must like, share and answer the daily question on the official Home of Brands Facebook page on that same day between 12:00AM and 11:59PM. Entries into the daily prize draws are limited to one per per person, per day or unless otherwise specified.
- Each days winner will be drawn at random. Home of Brand's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Home of Brands, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
- The prize winner will be contacted via Facebook, and further communications may be undertaken via the winner's specified email address.
- The prize winner must reply to the Facebook notification to claim the prize. If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, Home of Brands will conduct a second chance draw. The additional draw(s) will follow the same process until the prize is claimed within 14 days.
- Home of Brands is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
- If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Home of Brands which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Home of Brands reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
