TRADING DAYS:

Home of Brands will be closed for stocktake on December 17th. All orders received that day will be dispatched from our warehouse on Monday December 20th.

Furthermore, Home of Brands will also be closed on Friday December 24th, and order processing will resume the following week between December 29th and 30th. Thereafter, we will open again for normal business on Wednesday January 5th 2022.

RETURNS / WARRANTY REQUESTS:
Return or warranty requests will be reviewed and actioned from January 10th 2022, due to our supplier close-down period. For any such requests during that time, please contact our customer service team via email: salesnz@rewardingconcepts.com.

LIVE CHAT:

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY UPDATES (ENDED):
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation and unprecedented demand for online shopping, we are wanting to be transparent around delivery timeframe expectations at this busy time of year. 

As customers ourselves, we understand the importance of getting your orders delivered in time for Christmas, so we've highlighted our shipping cut-off dates as a guideline when doing your shopping.

Cut-off date where products are IN STOCK AT HOME OF BRANDS
1PM Monday December 13th.
Cut-off date where products show SPECIAL ORDER:

1PM Wednesday December 1st.
All orders will ship from Home of Brands with contactless delivery direct to your door. While we will continue to dispatch orders from our warehouse within our normal timeframes, there may be delivery delays due to the COVID 19 impact on the courier networks. Please expect an additional 3+ business days for your order to be delivered.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS (ENDED):

  • Orders must be placed before 1:00PM NZDT December 13th 2021.
  • New Zealand shipping addresses only.
  • New Zealand customers only.
  • Should your order not arrive by Christmas, the maximum compensation value is $100 per customer or $50 where the order total is below $100.
  • Should your order not arrive by 6PM December 24th, please email our customer service team at: salesnz@rewardingconcepts.com
  • Customers must reach out no later than January 5th to lodge a claim, and these will be reviewed from January 10th 2022. 
  • Offer is invalid if courier driver attempts delivery before Christmas, but nobody is available to receive it.
  • Does not apply to parcels taken to the post office for collection.
  • Does not apply to parcels that are redirected to another address.
  • Does not apply to any orders held up due to security checks.
  • Does not apply to orders shipping to PO BOX or Parcel Pick Up Point.
  • Does not apply to orders with invalid shipping or contact details.
  • Does not apply to parcels that are requested to be safe dropped.
  • Does not apply to gift card orders.
  • Does not apply to orders marked as delivered by the courier.


From December 1st, our click and collect service will be available from our Christchurch store by appointment only. Please ensure to email salesnz@rewardingconcepts.com to arrange a time to collect your order.
